We currently attend inspections across Melbourne, particularly in inner and middle suburbs. If your inspection is outside this area, please contact us to confirm availability.
You will receive:

- a short video walkthrough,
- and a brief summary with our observations about the property condition, natural light, ventilation, noise levels, and any visible concerns by google drive.
Inspection times can sometimes change at short notice. If this happens, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule where possible.
Sure, if you have specific questions you would like us to ask the property manager during the inspection, please send them to us in advance. We will do our best to ask these questions during the inspection. Please note that answers may depend on the property manager’s availability and the information they have at the time of the inspection.
Yes, we can attend multiple inspections.
We understand that unforeseen changes can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your inspection, our policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.
More than 4 hours before the inspection You may cancel or reschedule your booking without any cancellation fee.
Less than 4 hours before the inspection
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled inspection time will incur a 50% service fee.
If the inspection is cancelled upon arrival or access is not possible
If the inspection is cancelled after we have already arrived at the property, or if access to the property is not possible, the full inspection fee will apply.
These policies help us manage our schedule efficiently while offering flexibility whenever possible.
