We will do our best to ask these questions during the inspection. Yes, we can attend multiple inspections.
We understand that unforeseen changes can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your inspection, our policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.
More than 4 hours before the inspection You may cancel or reschedule your booking without any cancellation fee.
Less than 4 hours before the inspection
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled inspection time will incur a 50% service fee.
If the inspection is cancelled upon arrival or access is not possible
If the inspection is cancelled after we have already arrived at the property, or if access to the property is not possible, the full inspection fee will apply.
