Reysy and Omar, with backgrounds in customer service and business operations, moved to Melbourne to support Reysy’s Master’s education. While working as cleaners to fund our studies, we encountered a common yet frustrating issue: many renters lost their bond despite hiring cleaning services. This was often due to subpar results that failed to meet expectations, leaving customers frustrated and disappointed.

Motivated by a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and extensive expertise in cleaning techniques and products, they recognised the need for reliable, high-quality, and detail-focused cleaning solutions.
