Pink Elephant was founded by Reysy and Omar after relocating to Melbourne for postgraduate studies.

While supporting our education through cleaning work, we noticed a recurring issue — many Melbourne renters were experiencing bond deductions even after hiring cleaners. That's the research shows " 1 in 3 Victorian renters lose part or all of their bond — most often due to cleaning-related issues." 

Industry insights highlight that a significant number of Victorian renters face bond deductions, often due to cleaning-related concerns.
This realisation inspired us to build a service that genuinely bridges this gap — delivering thorough, reliable cleaning that aligns with both tenant and agent expectations, and presenting the property in its best possible condition while acknowledging normal wear and tear.
